This web site was commissioned by the Minnesota Department of Human Services - Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division, and was researched, designed, and created by Marisa Bennett, with periodic feedback from DeafBlind consumers, parents of deafblind children, and professionals who serve people with combined hearing and vision loss.
